Human Resources Department at IC

The HR Department produces the IC ID Card.  You may have your picture taken at the office, on Mondays or Fridays, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or you may send us a picture of you in jpeg format. 

You should carry your IC ID card with you at all times when you are on campus. Security guards might request to see it as a form of identification especially when you are new to IC. You will also need it to access the AUB campus, AUB Medical Center, and AUB beach. Should you lose it, you are required to notify the HR Department immediately.
